Thanks for your interest in staying at our Snowshoe Getaway! We appreciate and value all our guests. These house rules are important and exist to ensure a smooth experience for both the host and guests. Do reach out directly if you have any questions about the house rules. 1) Quiet family atmosphere: This is a family neighborhood, and the neighbors must not be disturbed. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. 2) Respect the property: Please treat this home as you would your own. Normal use is expected, though if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. 3) Locals: Local residents must communicate directly with us prior to booking. 4) Guests: Your guest count must be accurate. No overnight visitors are permitted which are not listed on your reservation. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified on your reservation. 5) Parking: Vehicles must be kept in the driveway. with a maximum of 4 vehicles on the premises at any time. We are not responsible for any tickets, towing, or damage to your vehicle. 6) Inventory: You must acknowledge that complete inventory is taken (with photos) before and after each guest. You will be responsible for the cost of replacing any missing items after your stay. 7) Damage: You will be responsible for the full cost to replace or repair any damaged items during your stay. 8) Self check-in: This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided through either the house manual or check-in guide. 9) Fees: You acknowledge and agree to the following fee schedule: - $200 per day smoking fee - $200 per day unauthorized pet fee - $75/hour unauthorized late check-out fee - $75/hour unauthorized early check-in fee - If unauthorized late check-out (or early check-in) leads to the need for us to refund or discount the stay of another guest, you will be responsible for paying 100% of this incurred cost. 10) Weapons: No weapons are allowed on the property. 11) Good faith: You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the house rules occurs. 12) Removal: A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
